The room where work gets done

Coommit, at coommit.com with two o’s, is a shared workspace with video meetings built in. Each client, project or team gets its own room. People keep creating in the tools they already use and bring that work into the room: Figma files, Google Drive documents, PDFs, YouTube videos and live websites in a shared browser. They meet on video around it, and the built-in AI, included in every plan, writes the recap of each call with the decisions, the key points, the risks and the tasks.

Most meetings end with scattered notes and forgotten action items. We started Coommit because we believe a call should end with finished work: the decisions written down, the tasks assigned, and every document still in the same room next time. No bots, no extensions and no downloads for your guests: one link, one room, everything in place.

Coommit is built by TAAO Inc., a Delaware company founded in 2026 by three founders who met building products together and got tired of meetings that produced nothing.
